Our owners are LTU Holding, Norrlandsfonden, Region Norrbotten, Luleå Municipality, Skellefteå Industrihus and Piteå Municipality.
Arctic Business runs Sweden’s northernmost tech incubator, the Arctic Business Incubator, and is an important player in the rapid business development in Norrbotten and Västerbotten, both areas driving the new industrialization and the extensive urban transformation.
